CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing your order. To cancel please contact us at salihuygunart@gmail.com

 

PLEASE NOTE: Any orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled. Your order will then fall under our Returns Policy.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

As all original artwork is unique and all other products (Art prints and Canvas prints,) are produced per order returns or exchanges are not supported if the product was ordered in a wrong size or color, or if you simply do not like the product.

We do not handle stock of our products, so each of the pieces is printed on demand.

​

Since we do not warehouse or hold inventory, we do not offer returns, credits, or exchange of our products once they are shipped.

 

We only accept returns and exchanges for items that are received damaged or a manufacturer’s error. Returns and exchanges must be reported within 15 days of receipt. Please email salihuygunart@gmail.com with your order number and pictures of the damaged product.

Once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it is damaged or defective, we will replace your product, within 10 working days.

Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted. We only accept returns for items purchased via www.salihuygun.com. To return or exchange an item purchased at a retail store, please visit the store where the purchase was made.

PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable. We also strongly advise you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned print and we will not accept liability for any prints lost in transit. A refund or exchange can only be authorised following our receipt of your original returned print.
