We offer free standard shipping for all orders placed on Salih Uygun Art E-Store or by e-mail at salihuygunart@gmail.com
All orders placed on our store will be shipped free of charge worldwide via the following partners: DPD, FedEX, DHL, PASTS & USPS, depending on the shipping destination.

Stretched canvases are wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual plastic or cardboard guards added to each corner surface to minimise the risk of breakages or transit damage and shipped in rigid, corrugated cardboard boxes made from recycled materials.
​
All products are made-to-order and usually take about 3-4 business days to make depending on demand. We have partnered with a printer provider who also handles our shipping and fulfillment. Once your order is made, you will be informed of the shipment number of the respective service provider within the dispatch e-mail. Our shipping service providers work with local shipping partners in the respective delivery countries.

Upon shipment, we will send your tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. You may track your order at any time using your tracking number.
How long it will take?

Europe: 3-5 business days
USA / Canada Orders: 10-20 business days. (20 business days for Canada).
Orders from other countries: 8-15 business days

Please make sure you enter the correct address when placing your order. Salih Uygun Art is not responsible for delivery failures due to the wrong address provided.
Orders returned to us due to address errors will not be refunded. Salih Uygun Art will resend the order upon receipt of a handling fee as items will need to be resent.
Packaging

Our fine art prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and then shipped in extra thick cardboard.
Rolled canvases are sent in rigid spiral-wound cardboard tubes.
Stretched canvases are wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual plastic or cardboard guards added to each corner surface to minimise the risk of breakages or transit damage and shipped in rigid, corrugated cardboard boxes made from recycled materials.

Germany - Verpackungsgesetz (LUCID Packaging Register)
​
On January 1, 2019, Germany’s Packaging Act (VerpackG) came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers (including Etsy shops) selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap).
SALIH UYGUN ART STORE is registered with LUCID, which is the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR).
Producers/distributors pay a license fee to the dual system for the collection, sorting and recycling of the packaging they introduced to the market. My Dual System partner is PRODIGI GROUP .

Delivery of large goods
Due to logistical reasons, we cannot deliver Stretched Canvas prints larger than 100x100 cm (40x40).
Damages in transit
Please report any obvious transport damage directly to the courier and contact us as soon as possible so that we can assert our claims against the courier or with the transport insurance. However, it does not in any way affect your legal rights as a consumer if you do not report the damage immediately.
International Shipping Customs, Duties & Taxes:
Some countries charge customs, duties, and taxes. Duties and taxes may be due to the parcel carrier upon delivery. These fees will be assessed by the parcel carrier and should be paid by the order recipient. We have no control over additional charges that may occur when a parcel arrives at its international destination
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
